This is so that we get to know you, your aims with your riding, and can assess your current level of ability.
Your instructor will discuss with you the range of riding opportunities available to you with Lancing Equestrian.
We can then suggest a suitable riding plan which is both progressive and enjoyable.

For your first visit to us we require you to arrive at least 15 mins before the activity time to allow time to complete our rider registration form and for us to allocate hat and boots as appropriate.

We recommend that riders wear long trousers and socks.

Horse-riding is an outdoor activity and therefore we aim to ride in all but exceptional weathers so please ensure that you wear suitable clothes at all times. During extreme weather conditions when it may be unsafe or uncomfortable to ride outside we can supply interesting, practical ‘on the ground’ sessions as an alternative.
